The Products are frequently updated.  Out of stock products may take longer to wait for the products to become available again.  

 

Buyer is encouraged to contact the Customer Service with any questions or concerns, as well as directly place an order to ensure reservation for the product.

Product photos may show differently on different settings on different types of equipment.


 

2. Shipping

We will ship your order out as soon as we receive your payment, normally  within 10 working days, excluding weekends, & Holidays . The Buyer expects to receive an order within 15-30 working days after the product is shipped.  The Remote areas may need more delivery days.

1. Free Return, please carefully read & follow the given instructions.

2. Buyer Pays Return & or Exchange, please carefully read the followings: 

  1. Terms & Conditions for the Buyer pays Return & or Exchange  item(s) may be subjected to the Suppliers’ changes without notice, & or may not limit to the followings;

  2. The cost for Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.

  3. Items returned will be tested.  If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expenses. 

  4. Refund, or Exchange requests must be within 1 week after the product is received.

  5. The product returned must be  the same condition as received.  

  6. The reason(s) for return should be included. 

  7. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

  8. If found defective, or wrong product,  a new replacement will be shipped to the customer immediately.

  9. If there is no suitable replacement, a refund will be issued.

  10. Priority for the constructive Customer Service.  Please contact us as soon as possible  if you have any questions at any time, & or  after receiving the products or services.  We will  positively  try to solve any of your questions  at once, until you are satisfied.   

  11. We do not tolerate aggression, or non constructive interactions that will most likely not be helpful in facilitating our Customer Service procedures to any effective resolution.

9. DISPUTE BETWEEN THE BUYER AND THE RETAILER & OR THE SELLERS PROCEDURE FOR RESOLUTION

IN CASE A DISPUTE ARISES BETWEEN THE BUYER, & THE RETAILER(SELLER), AJLES MODERN INVESTMENT ENTERPRISE CAPITAL TRUST CORPORATION, (THE PARTIES) :

IF THE DISPUTE IS NOT RESOLVED THROUGH AMICABLE NEGOTIATION WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED TIME PERIOD ACCORDING TO THE RELEVANT TRANSACTIONAL TERMS, THE PARTIES AGREE TO SUBMIT THE DISPUTE TO  THE SUPPLIERS OR WHOLESALER  REGIONAL & OR COUNTRY'S HEADQUARTER FOR  ARBITRATION AS APPLICABLE.

FOR DETERMINATION, IF  THE PARTIES ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SUPPLIERS OR WHOLESALER 'S  DETERMINATION AND EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE STIPULATED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE PARTIES MUST APPLY TO THE APPLICABLE REGIONAL, & OR COUNTRY BASE   ARBITRATION CENTRE  FOR ARBITRATION AND NOTIFY  THE SUPPLIERS OR WHOLESALER OF SUCH APPLICATION WITHIN 20 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF  THE SUPPLIERS OR WHOLESALER ’S DETERMINATION.

IF EACH OF THE BUYER AND THE SELLER IN A DISPUTE DOES NOT APPLY FOR ARBITRATION WITHIN THE ABOVE STATED 20 CALENDAR DAYS, EACH OF THE BUYER AND THE SELLER SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED THAT THE SUPPLIERS OR WHOLESALER ’S DETERMINATION SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING ON  THE PARTIES.

WITH A FINAL DETERMINATION, IN THE CASE THE ONLINE TRANSACTION ADOPTS, MAY INSTRUCT TO DISPOSE THE FUNDS HELD  BY THE  SUPPLIERS OR WHOLESALER ACCORDING TO SUCH DETERMINATION, AND IN THE CASE THE ONLINE TRANSACTION ADOPTS SUPPLIERS OR WHOLESALER SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES, SUPPLIERS OR WHOLESALER  MAY DISPOSE OF THE FUNDS HELD BY  SUPPLIERS OR WHOLESALER ACCORDING TO SUCH DETERMINATION.

FURTHER, EACH OF THE BUYER AND  THE SELLER SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE WAIVED ANY CLAIM AGAINST SUPPLIERS OR WHOLESALER AND OR THE  AFFILIATES AND AGENTS.
